Must Have
5+ years of enterprise OEM business development and partner network experience within the IT industry, Proven success driving business management, partner engagement, enablement programs, and sales execution within OEM environments, Ability to lead a sophisticated partner ecosystem, build positive relationships, and position NVIDIA enterprise solutions effectively throughout the territory region, Ability to balance operational execution with long-term strategic priorities, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and transfer knowledge effectively across technical and business audiences, Self-motivated, execution-focused, and highly collaborative, with energy and passion for the business
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Drive enterprise business growth throughout the Southern European region
and channel execution
Work closely with OEMs to lead funnel development
and revenue performance on a weekly
Engage and lead enterprise and distribution groups within partner organizations
implementing strategic programs in collaboration with OEM collaborators and NVIDIA channel teams
Partner with NVIDIA global OEM and distribution groups to align and complete worldwide initiatives within the region
Enable OEM enterprise teams to optimally position and sell NVIDIA platforms
Develop and complete go-to-market strategies aligned with NVIDIA’s key initiatives and OEM priorities across the enterprise portfolio
including both hardware and software solutions
Maintain accurate forecasting
and pipeline transparency throughout the area
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration

The focus will be mainly on Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
