Analyze installation processes to identify areas for improvement

Develop and maintain process documentation to support process improvement
Design and run Operational tests to measure process improvements and their impacts
Train and mentor staff on new process changes and initiatives
Develop strategies and plans to ensure sustainability of improvements
Monitor and report progress on projects and performance to senior management
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events for process improvement
Maintain knowledge of the latest practices and trends in the field of process improvement and lean methodology
Support and assist with conducting Internal Operations Manual System Audits
and providing solutions for Non-Conformances

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process improvements within our organization.
