Must Have
Practical experience implementing / administering Odoo or other ERP systems., Deep understanding of financial processes: accounting, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and management reporting., Experience with requirements gathering and writing business requirements documents / functional requirements documents / user stories / technical specifications., Ability to map and optimize business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, Miro, Visio, or similar tools., Experience configuring ERP systems without programming (roles, workflows, approvals, reporting, dashboards)., Understanding of integrations between ERP and external systems via API, banking tools, payroll, CRM, or BI systems., Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for analytics, reconciliations, and data migration., Practical experience using AI tools for business analysis, process optimization, workflow automation, documentation, and productivity enhancement.

Твої задачі: - Лідити бізнес-аналіз та підтримувати впровадження Odoo у ключових фінансових функціях: бухгалтерія, payroll, treasury, бюджетування та управлінська звітність. - Виступати основною контактною особою між бізнес-стейкхолдерами та розробниками / implementation partners. - Збирати, аналізувати та документувати бізнес-вимоги; трансформувати їх у чіткі функціональні специфікації та технічні задачі. - Аналізувати поточні процеси та проєктувати оптимізовані workflows відповідно до best practices ERP-систем. - Налаштовувати модулі Odoo, workflows, approvals, ролі користувачів та звітність за допомогою no-code / low-code інструментів. - Виявляти можливості для покращення фінансових та операційних процесів через AI-driven tools та automation solutions. - Координувати тестування, валідувати реалізований функціонал та управляти процесом вирішення проблем. - Підтримувати міграцію даних, запуск системи, онбординг користувачів та post-launch improvements. - Готувати process documentation, user guides та навчальні матеріали.
