Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI): Identify, evaluate, and select qualified ODM partners based on technical, commercial, and operational criteria Coordinate across R&D, QA, purchasing, and supply chain teams to track project status Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and development agreements with ODMs Drive cost-down initiatives through value engineering and supplier collaboration Work with QA teams to manage quality audits, corrective actions, and control plans Oversee production schedules, capacity planning, and shipment coordination with ODMs Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues such as delays or supply constraints. Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) : Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management,or a related field. A minimum 3 years’ experience in ODM management or related fields Strong communication and coordination skills Good problem
