Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development roles, Proven experience in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition and OD strategies, understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and metrics, Ability to influence at all levels of the organization, Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
