This role provides clinical leadership, direct therapeutic interventions, staff guidance, and collaborative treatment planning to help youth build essential life skills, improve functional abilities, and achieve individualized goals. The ideal candidate is a licensed Occupational Therapist with strong clinical judgment, experience working with youth, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
