What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking and comprehension), Recent experience in adult physical medicine, Basic knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice related to general medicine and rehab clients, Experience with psychosocial, cognitive, perceptual and physical health related assessment and intervention skills addressing occupational performance, Demonstrated ability to manage high caseload volumes, Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with excellent time management and organizational skills required, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required, Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills required, Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration, Excellent attendance, punctuality, and work record

Membership in CAOT or OSOT
