You’ll design and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to address physical limitations, sensory processing challenges, and feeding difficulties—helping each baby reach their fullest potential. Beyond direct patient care, you’ll empower families through education and guidance, ensuring parents feel confident in supporting their child’s developmental needs throughout the NICU journey. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, family-centered care that prioritizes safety, compassion, and excellence. This role requires adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and patient safety.
