Must Have
OT-Occupational Therapist, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, DL-Valid Drivers License Class C, AUTO-Automobile Insurance, 1 One year of professional experience required, 5 Direct patient care experience within the past five years required
Nice to Have
Master's in Occupational Therapy, 1 One year of experience in a home health and/or hospice position preferred
What You'll Do.
Deliver appropriate patient care services
Implement physician plan of care
Obtain physician orders
Prepare aide plan of care
Coordinate care within interdisciplinary team
Participate in utilization management
Control patient supplies
Provide age-based care
Provide clinical supervision to OTA
How You'll Work.
