Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO), Valid G or G2 driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for community travel

What You'll Do.
Provide ministry-funded
community-based occupational therapy services in clients’ homes and/or through virtual care
Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews
and informal assessment techniques
Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers
and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate
Educate clients and caregivers and connect them with relevant community agencies and resources
Complete funding applications when required
and professional documentation
