An inclusive and highly respected child development centre in Cairns is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their team. This is a team that celebrates wins together and genuinely supports each other in challenging cases and career development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for children with sensory, motor, and cognitive needs. * Implement individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing daily functioning. * Collaborate with families and educators to support generalisation of therapy outcomes. * Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews. * Document and report in line with professional and NDIS standards. **What You’ll Need:** * Degree in Occupational Therapy. * Full registration with AHPRA. * Experience in paediatric therapy (new grads also encouraged to apply). * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Strong organisational skills and commitment to ethical, client-centred care. * OTs on visa 417 seeking regional work are welcome to apply. **Desirable Experience:** * NDIS experience highly regarded. * Familiarity with sensory integration, play-based therapy, or school-based support.
