Full Job Description
Looking for more from your OT role? More support. More variety. More reasons to enjoy coming to work. That’s what we’re building at Real Therapy Solutions This is one of those roles where you get a bit of everything—in the best way. You’ll work across both clinic and community settings , supporting clients across the lifespan to build confidence, independence, and skills they can actually use in everyday life. Some days, you’ll be in the clinic bouncing ideas around with your team. Other days, you’ll be out in the community—seeing therapy come to life where it really counts. And yes—your travel time is billable (because your time matters). You won’t be doing it alone either. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team—sharing ideas, talking through cases, and learning from each other as you go. It’s hands‑on, meaningful work, with the right balance of autonomy and support. You’ll be joining a team that genuinely looks out for each other—whether you need a second opinion, want to bounce around an idea, or are having one of those days, you won’t be on your own. It’s an environment where you can ask questions, think out loud, and be open about the tricky stuff—no pressure to have it all figured out. And yes… there’s plenty of laughter, too. It’s a team that works hard, supports each other, and actually enjoys being around one another. If you’re early in your career, you’ll gain confidence quickly with the right support around you. If you’re more experienced, you’ll have room to stretch, lead, and shape what’s next. * Clear pathways into clinical leadership and beyond * Opportunities to grow within RTS or across the wider MedHealth Group * Access to a national network of roles, projects, and career directions In short—this isn’t a stop along the way. It’s somewhere you can actually grow into. We know the day‑to‑day matters—but so do the extras. * Feel rewarded – competitive salary, KM reimbursement, fortnightly incentives, bonuses, and wellbeing perks * Access more throu
