Are you an experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist looking for your next locum opportunity within Adult Social Care? We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the Adults & Older People's Review Team in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive service carrying out annual reviews and reassessments to ensure residents continue to receive the most appropriate support to maximise their independence and wellbeing. The Roles: As part of the Adults & Older People's Review Team, you will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive reviews and reassessments of existing care and support arrangements, ensuring services remain effective, person-centred, and outcome-focused. You will work closely with service users, carers, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies to identify changing needs and recommend appropriate interventions. What will your responsibilities be? Complete annual reviews and Occupational Therapy reassessments for adults and older people. Evaluate existing care packages and recommend adjustments where required. Assess functional abilities, risks, and opportunities to maximise independence. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, carers, and partner organisations. Provide professional recommendations regarding equipment, adaptations, and support services where appropriate. Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with legislative and professional requirements. Ensure all interventions are person-centred and promote positive outcomes.
