Must Have
Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program, Active state OT license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
Nice to Have
Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care to a geriatric population, Experience or interest in geriatrics, adaptive equipment, and ADL training
What You'll Do.
Provide individualized
evidence-based care to older adults
Maximize independence
and participation in meaningful daily activities
Work with a diverse geriatric population across independent living
and memory care settings
Conduct comprehensive evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on interventions
Assess environmental and safety risks
Implement fall prevention strategies and functional modifications
Provide care across assisted living communities
Educate residents and caregivers
accurate documentation
Monitor patient progress using EMR systems
Participate in ongoing professional development
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the broader Engage team; Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and support teams; Build meaningful relationships with colleagues

Communication and interpersonal skills; Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, community staff, and colleagues
