Graduate from an accredited OT school, Successful completion of clinical internship, Current State OT license, BLS certification

What You'll Do.
Provides therapeutic services including evaluation
Monitors the treatment activities of COTA’s and aides
Completes evaluations of assigned patients
Plans and provides treatment to assigned patients
Completes all documentation of services
Attends all required safety training programs
Follows the hospital exposure control plans
Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients
Promotes effective working relations
Maintains updated license
