Assess/screen patient's daily living/work-related skills
Develop therapeutic retraining programs
Administer diagnostic tests
Interpret prognostic tests
Confer with physician
Confer with health care team members
Participate in Plan of Care Treatment development
Provide therapeutic treatment
Provide therapeutic instruction
Improve/restore strength
Improve/restore coordination
Improve/restore range-of-motion
Improve/restore function
Teach compensation measures
Review retraining programs
Expand retraining programs
Consult with vocational team members
Develop vocationally oriented plans
Implement vocationally oriented plans
Report patient status
Report patient progress
Participate in care coordination
Participate in discharge planning
Design community reintegration activities
Coordinate plan with interdisciplinary team
