Nice to Have
1 year of experience as OT, Experience with Epic EHR, Experience with Cerner EHR
What You'll Do.
Perform evaluations of patients' functional status
and motor aspects of performance
Develop individualized intervention plans
Evaluate home environment for hazards
Identify equipment needs
Identify environmental adaptations
Assess and revise occupational therapy care plan
Participate with nursing in multidisciplinary care plan
Educate family members
Instruct patient representatives
Document observations
Document interventions
