What You'll Do.
Perform evaluations of patients’ functional status
psychological and motor aspects
Develop individualized intervention plans
Evaluate home environment for hazards
Identify equipment needs
Identify environmental adaptations
Assess and revise the occupational therapy care plan
Participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan
Educate and instruct patients
Instruct family members
Instruct patient representatives
Document observations
Document interventions
