What You'll Do.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards related to emergency response and safety.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential emergency scenarios and update plans accordingly.
Design and implement training programs for employees on emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular emergency drills to ensure all personnel are familiar with their roles and responsibilities during an emergency.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a unified response during emergencies.
Ensure availability and maintenance of emergency response equipment and resources.
Lead investigations into emergency incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed records of incidents
and compliance activities.
Develop and implement communication protocols for effective information dissemination during emergencies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of emergency response plans and procedures through post-incident reviews and drills.
Lead the site’s HSE management system and documentation to ensure full compliance with Sanofi requirements & processes
