Must Have
2-4 years construction safety experience, Onsite claims handling, Familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1904 Subpart C, Excellent people skills, Able to build collaborative relationships, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in case management technologies, Able to travel regularly

This is a full-time, in-person. The Occupational Safety and Care Coordinator work at the intersection of human care and operational excellence — serving as the primary advocate and guide for injured workers while managing the claims process with professionalism and precision. This role works directly with the Safety Team, Risk Management Department, subcontractors, and third-party partners to deliver best-in-class experience from first report through return to work. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of care coordination for injured workers — accompanying them to medical appointments, navigating treatment options, and assisting with follow-up care from first visit through recovery Establish and maintain each project's panel of physicians, building relationships with partner clinics, occupational health providers, and onsite/mobile medical services before incidents occur Administer the claims and care process for any onsite injuries, coordinating a consistent internal and external claims management process Lead thorough incident investigations alongside the project safety team — compiling required documentation, owning report submittals, an
