Must Have
2–4 years construction safety experience, Onsite claims handling required, Familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1904 Subpart C, Excellent people skills, Written and verbal communication skills, Able to build collaborative relationships, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Proficient in case management technologies, Able to travel regularly to project sites, Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
What You'll Do.
Serve as point of care coordination for injured
Accompany injured workers to medical appointments
Navigate treatment options for injured workers
Assist with follow-up care
Establish and maintain project physician panels
Build relationships with partner clinics
Build relationships with occupational health providers
Build relationships with onsite/mobile medical services
Administer claims and care process for onsite injuries
Coordinate internal claims management process
Coordinate external claims management process
Lead incident investigations
Compile required documentation
Drive proactive improvements
Maintain communication with leadership on claim status
Act as on-the-ground resource for workers
Act as on-the-ground resource for management
