Must Have
Successful completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program, Two (2) years relevant experience, Current unencumbered North Carolina nursing license, Current CPR certification

Lead Hand Hygiene programs
Assess work-related injuries
Manage work-related illnesses
Report work-related injuries
Report work-related illnesses
Communicate plan of care
Communicate return to work
Partner with workers’ compensation adjustors
Partner with medical treatment sites
Adhere to OSHA requirements
Coordinate health related services
Develop educational material
Provide educational material
Maintain educational material
Perform nursing functions
Perform immunizations
Perform TB screenings
Assist in new hire onboarding
Assess employee health requirements
Review policy changes
Provide recommendations for policy changes
Participate in monthly policy reviews
Participate in program development
