**Job Location** MANILA NET PARK OFFICE **Job Description** ** _Overview of the job_** The **Occupational Health Nurse (OH Nurse)** is responsible for providing clinical support and promoting health and safety within our facility. Key responsibilities include facilitating medical monitoring initiatives, managing occupational health programs, assisting with medical claims, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The OH Nurse plays a vital role in the daily implementation of health initiatives and standards. **_Your team_** You will report directly to the Site Physician at the BGC General Office and supervise the contractor nurses staffing the Health Center. In addition to support from the local P&G Medical Team, you will benefit from collaboration with medical teams across other markets, gaining access to extensive resources essential for developing the capabilities needed to succeed in this role. **_How success looks like_** Together with the PH Medical Team, you will build and sustain capability in Health Systems Key Elements (HSKE), strengthen medical systems to support business needs, and drive significant improvements in wellbeing programs to enhance employee experience, promote mental health, and reduce medical absences. * **Operational Excellence:** Support compliance with the company’s HSKE by ensuring processes are executed effectively and documented properly. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Provide accurate data and submit regulatory requirements in a timely manner. * **Health Education and Promotion:** Effectively facilitate wellbeing programs and activities while adhering to internal policies and guidelines. * **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to simplify daily operations and achieve sustainable work processes. * **Leadership:** Supervise the work of contractor nurses, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures high-quality care and efficient operations. **_Job Responsibilities_** * Health and Safety: * Coordinate medical emerg
