## **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Abbott Rapid Diagnostics is part of Abbott’s Diagnostics family of businesses, bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for the treatment and management of diseases and other conditions. The position of Occupational Health Coordinator - Outbound is within eScreen located in the Philippines. The role is responsible for retrieving results from the clinic and inquiries about Occupational Health test services (including but not limited to physicals, vaccine administration records, PPD test results, titer results, vision tests and audiograms) in a timely and accurate manner. This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – (KEY ACTIVITIES)** * Doing follow up calls for Confirmation and Corrections on results to the clinic. * Relaying messages to the clinics and requesting to fax results and or missing information to eScreen. * Enters data into computer following each action taken, and enters necessary codes to represent the action. * Makes necessary corrections to information entered to ensure problem resolution. * Requests documentation from clinics and/or clients as required to complete testing process. * To retrieve Medical records that we need from the clinic. * Maintain Privacy and security standards of the donor and Client. **DIMENSIONS** EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE * Completed 2nd year in College * Customer service | BPO experience is a plus * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Competencies Communication Analytical Arranger Empathy Consistency **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE** BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree * Strong english communication and customer support skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Detail-oriented * Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 8 PM to 9 AM) Philipp
