Take look at them here: [The Chase at Overlook Ridge - Revere, MA - Home](https://www.thechaseatoverlookridge.com/) A bit more about what you will be doing: * Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script. * Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records. * Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments according to authority policy. * Reviewing applications and interviews applicants for housing. * Maintains the waiting list of applicants for housing and determines applicant eligibility. * Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles, and applying the unique Program rules correctly including the student, unit transfer, unit vacancy and available unit rules. ## Qualifications * 2-4 years of related experience. * Generally has specific experience in the regulatory occupancy field. ## Additional Information AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels.
