Full Job Description

AIR Communities owns and operates best-in-class apartment communities in major markets across the country. Our communities are managed by team members who are passionate about providing world class customer service to our residents. We’re looking for an Occupancy Specialist who will work at our Chase at Overlook Ridge Community located in Revere, MA. Take look at them here: [The Chase at Overlook Ridge - Revere, MA - Home](https://www.thechaseatoverlookridge.com/) A bit more about what you will be doing: * Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script. * Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records. * Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments according to authority policy. * Reviewing applications and interviews applicants for housing. * Maintains the waiting list of applicants for housing and determines applicant eligibility. * Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles, and applying the unique Program rules correctly including the student, unit transfer, unit vacancy and available unit rules. ## Qualifications * 2-4 years of related experience. * Generally has specific experience in the regulatory occupancy field. ## Additional Information AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with: * Expected pay rate of $28 to $35 per hour].
