What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field, 5-7+ years of experience in a business analysis or data science role, Proven experience leading projects or formally mentoring/managing junior analysts, Demonstrated experience applying AI/machine learning techniques to complex business analysis, Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced modeling, Power Query, and data manipulation, hands-on experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI or Tableau, Ability to synthesize disparate information, combining quantitative metrics with qualitative insights to form a complete, strategic picture, Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
