This role plays a key part in process documentation, project initiation and execution, performance tracking, and innovation across the Global Occupancy and Management platform—providing leading-edge services aligned to JLL's Workplace of the Future goals. The Data Analyst will deliver outstanding platform reporting, actionable insights, and strategic programs through advanced data analytics and visualization. They will leverage modern technology platforms to ensure accuracy, process adherence, platform enablement, and program delivery while partnering with leadership on space optimization and occupancy strategies. **** **Key Responsibilities** **** **Strategic Analysis & Leadership Engagement** * Present meaningful business insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and executive management on space utilization, occupancy trends, and optimization opportunities. * Partner with leadership teams to develop space and occupancy strategies that align with organizational goals and Workplace of the Future initiatives. * Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions with executive management, gathering requirements and managing initiatives with minimal direction. * Translate complex occupancy data
