Must Have

2+ years of business execution, strategic planning, or implementation experience in corporate real estate, facility management, or related field, High proficiency in AutoCAD software with demonstrated experience creating detailed architectural drawings and floor plans, understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) drawings and building systems, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience gathering requirements, presenting options, and facilitating decision-making processes, Experience with space measurement, allocation, and utilization based on industry standards (BOMA preferred), Ability to work independently and make strategic recommendations to leadership and executive management

Nice to Have

Associate's degree or certificate in drafting, engineering technology, architecture, or related technical field, 2+ years of office space and occupancy planning experience within large corporate environments or as an occupancy planning consultant, Experience with Facility Management Systems (FMS) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, Previous experience coordinating small to medium facility projects including budget tracking and contractor management, Knowledge of workplace trends, space planning methodologies, and corporate real estate best practices, Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and additional design software (Revit, SketchUp, or similar platforms), Experience with data analytics and reporting tools for space utilization and occupancy analysis
