What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, At least 15 years of experience in the electronic design of subsystems, units, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards, Extensive technical background to address various issues arising within electronic systems/devices (analog electronics, digital electronics, radio frequency electronics, power electronics, electromagnetic compatibility, heat transfer and dissipation, etc.), Basic knowledge of radar systems (transmitters, receivers, antennas, signal processing, power distribution, signal distribution, high voltage, etc.), Knowledge of the development process according to Project Management theory: DDR, PDR, CDR, TRR, TRB, etc., Knowledge of electronic components: analog, digital, RF, and power), Italian (Fluent), English (fluent, oral and written)

What You'll Do.
Ensure the maintenance of the Company’s Products in order to guarantee the manufacture and maintenance of equipment—including very old equipment—whose obsolescence rate may be significant
by resolving issues related to the obsolescence of electronic
and chemical components
Ensure the maintenance of the Company’s Products by resolving issues arising from non-compliance and/or equipment malfunctions
Ensure the maintenance of the Company’s Products where there is a supply issue.
Participate in the obsolescence management team as a support/substitute for the Chief Engineer
effectively leading the workgroup
Organize dedicated meetings for the kick-off of activities and to review their progress status
Manage activities and resources throughout the entire duration of development
Actively manage the list of high-priority change requests
