What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years professional experience organizing, planning, and developing programs and services at a management level, Supervision of staff, Senior level management experience managing multiple departments/functions/teams, Direct responsibility to executive leadership or a board of directors, Fiscal / financial management experience, Operational oversight experience, Experience managing grants and/or contracts, Proven ability to manage contractual relationships, Intermediate level MS Office Skills, Proof of valid driver's license and liability insurance
Nice to Have
At least 2 years of experience providing operational oversight in a workforce development or human services environment, Experience in public speaking, Solid supervisory experience in a competitive environment, Workforce Development experience

Manage fiscal operations of the project
Manage contract investment to maximize services

Establish and review cost allocation plans
Manage human resource responsibilities
Oversee hiring of team members
Provide consistent onboarding and training
Set SMART goals for team members
Evaluate performance and impact of organization and staff
Ensure compliance to meet or exceed contractual expectations
Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the operation
Ensure proper practices regarding record keeping
Ensure proper practices regarding control systems
Ensure proper practices regarding reporting
Ensure all requisite training is delivered appropriately
Provide effective training and support
Ensure compliance with contractual and program requirements
Ensure a positive customer experience for all customers
Interpret funder priorities
Develop implementation plans
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers
Administer policies and procedures
Administer procedures in accordance with standards
