What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 5 years professional experience organizing, planning, and developing programs and services at a management level, Supervision of staff, Senior level management experience managing multiple departments/functions/teams, Direct responsibility to executive leadership or a board of directors, Fiscal / financial management experience, Operational oversight experience, Experience managing grants and/or contracts, Proven ability to manage contractual relationships, Intermediate level MS Office Skills, Proof of valid driver's license and liability insurance
Nice to Have
At least 2 years of experience providing operational oversight in a workforce development or human services environment, Experience in public speaking, Solid supervisory experience in a competitive environment, Workforce Development experience
