Job Summary We have an exciting opening for a Senior O365 Messaging Engineer to join our global IT team and support the delivery of O365 messaging solutions for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting the global O365 messaging service, ensuring its availability, performance, security, and compliance. You will have responsibility to work with our third-party resources, ensuring they meet service level agreements and quality standards. You will support messaging projects, such as tenant migrations, client transitions, and integration work including cross-tenant coexistence. You will provide guidance on messaging design and implementation. And you will act as a point of escalation for support related issues for troubleshooting O365 messaging features and integrations. Key Responsibilities * Support administration and management of the O365 messaging infrastructure, including both Exchange Online and on-premises environments, to ensure availability and performance. * Provide technical expertise and guidance in O365 messaging, primarily focused on Exchange. * Responsible for Proofpoint and Defender configuration and internal alignment on best practice operations. * Assist with regular management reporting and provide telemetry to track service health and progress against operational goals. * Work with third-party providers to ensure O365 messaging services are delivered in alig
