Must Have
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Financial/ Business or equivalent, 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance/ Accounting sector, 2 or 3 years of direct people management, Experience of working as business partner at a management level to drive operational performance and people agenda, knowledge of Sales Order and Billing process, experience in project management, Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skill, Self-driven and independent to drive improvements within the organization, Good knowledge of SAP

What You'll Do.
Oversee the day-to-day and month end closing activities performed by the team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery for SO & Billing processes in accordance to the defined SLAs/ KPIs
Ensure accurate and timely monthly revenue reporting and reconciliation
Driving processes standardization and process improvement in collaboration with other teams
Develop and ensure good knowledge management and back-up processes for knowledge retention and business continuity
Ensure SO and Billing processes are in compliance with company policy
