Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate shift personnel and plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant performance. * Promote and maintain a strong HSE culture through safety meetings, audits, inspections, housekeeping standards, and compliance monitoring. * Ensure all operators are adequately trained, competent, and compliant with normal and emergency operating procedures. * Maintain accurate operational records, shift logs, system checks, maintenance requests, and event-based reporting. * Support plant reliability by identifying operational issues, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring equipment remains in good working condition.
