Lead development and growth of Construction Management Services
and improve technical competencies of construction
Focus on meeting client needs and market drivers
Advance business development strategies
Develop and pursue new clients and projects
Provide technical input on projects
Support staff development
Collaborate with technical and marketing staff on pursuits
Take leadership role in selected key pursuits
Serve as client manager for key clients
Address client issues
Coordinate multiple projects
Deploy pursuit strategies
Support client relationship development
Develop and drive Construction Field Services vision and
Engage in professional organizations
Serve as company role-model
Coordinate staffing/recruiting plans
Assist leadership with hires
Support development of technical experts
Identify needs for new technical services
Develop and deliver Area market sector initiatives
Support project staffing and resourcing decisions
Support Market Sector utilization
Implement quality assurance and quality control reviews
Manage business class staff
Deliver project services
Perform constructability reviews
Perform value engineering reviews
Perform construction estimating reviews
Perform schedule reviews
Perform project construction performance presentations
Coordinate construction submittals
Expedite construction submittals
Review construction submittals
Control project budget

Ensure subcontractor compliance with Health and Safety Program
Prepare project schedules
