The NY/NJ Construction Field Services Lead is a professional who is excited about taking on the responsibility for coordination, monitoring, and improvement of technical competencies of construction management staff with a focus on meeting client needs and market drivers. The NY/NJ Construction Field Services Lead will report to the Area Water Business Group Manager and team with our Area Business Development Manager, Water Market Sector Client Managers, Regional Construction Field Services Lead, Project Managers, and technical staff to support Construction Management business development and project delivery in the area. Primary Responsibilities In the role of Construction Field Services Lead , we'll count on you take responsibility for the coordination, monitoring and, improvement of technical competencies of business class staff and products with a focus on meeting client needs and market drivers.
