Must Have
Siemens NX (modeling, assemblies, drafting), Teamcenter data structures and workflows, Troubleshooting PLM/CAD issues in production environments, Read and interpret NX and Teamcenter logs, Understanding of engineering workflows and product structures, Distinguish user error from system/configuration issues
Nice to Have
Active Workspace (AWC), Release workflows and access control models, CAD standards, templates, and automation (Check-Mate or similar), Aerospace or complex manufacturing environments, PLM integrations with ERP/MES systems

Investigate Teamcenter data issues
Analyze system and client logs
Support Active Workspace behavior
Troubleshoot release workflows
Resolve stuck workflows
Ensure data integrity
Correct part creation issues
Diagnose client-side issues
Serve as primary support contact
Improve support processes
Identify recurring issues
Partner with PLM teams
Recommend UX improvements
