4+ years working in a data center operations environment, Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution, Operating efficiently under pressure, Proven ability to manage customer expectations, Resolve conflicts that balance client and company needs, Understanding of distributed and service-oriented architectures, LEAN, Sigma and Operational Excellence knowledge, Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, SQL, Excellent knowledge of server hardware, Copper/Fiber Optic Testing/Cabling Standards understanding, Understanding of DWDM and TCP/IP networks

Participate in projects
Create colocation sites

Build relationships with facilities
