Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition/Science/Pharma or related fields, Minimum 3-5 years of professional sales experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical sales, engaging with HCPs, Outgoing, self-confident, enthusiastic, and people-oriented individual, Able to take initiative and strive in a fast paced and highly result-oriented environment, Engaging and empathetic with communication skills, Experienced in uncovering, planning, acting as the main contact point and winning tenders in assigned persuasive individual who can influence and convince HCPs and KOLs, Able to develop account strategy and independently derive customer plan and meet targets, Able to identify and deliver value to HCPs through an end-to-end customer and consumer-focused orientation, Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging digital tools and ability to gather and interpret customer information, Good understanding of financial KPIs & mechanism of customers and their value chain, Able to adapt to different environments and acquire new skills for self-development
What You'll Do.
Contribute to the long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products in territory by increasing awareness among Health Care Professionals on the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life

Gain new business and grow existing business through a multichannel
customer engagement strategy that builds HCP confidence in and loyalty to Abbott brand products
current knowledge about medical and nutritional science

and emerging digital trends to support selling and educating a broad and deep network of HCPs about Abbott products
Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs throughout customer accounts at different levels of responsibility and influence using existing relationships with HCPs and others to expand customer network
Use data and insights from digital and other omnichannel activities to refine HCP profiles and choose engagement activities that will fit the needs

Measure progress against customer and account objectives and take action to meet targets
Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education regarding nutrition and Abbott brands, influence customer and patient choice of nutrition products, and deliver a consistent, end-to-end customer engagement experience; Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, SFE/Training and others) to optimize customer engagement
