Must Have
Associate's degree required, 2 years of experience in nursing, Wisconsin Registered Nurse license, Formal training in management of the aggressive patient, Clinical experience in mental health or chemical dependency services
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1 year experience in supervisory/management role
What You'll Do.
Provide leadership and oversight

Maintain consistent service delivery
Act as back up to charge nurse
Coordinate admissions and discharges
Provide direct services
Meet with patient/family
Resolve patient concerns
Address patient complaints
Answer patient questions

Facilitate appropriate referrals
Communicate with medical staff
