As a Nursing Professional Development Specialist, you will plan, develop and facilitate onboarding and ongoing educational sessions as well as the ongoing professional development of nurses in the Cath IR area at Martin North, Martin South and Tradition Hospitals. Acting as a mentor to caregivers, you will provide them with support and evaluate them on individual and program outcomes to ensure the highest standards of nursing practice are met. You will also help build and design MyLearning programs to ensure nurses are receiving the proper education to set them up for success.
