Prior experience working in a Native American or tribal health clinic, Indian Health Service facility, or similarly rural/frontier healthcare environment, Familiarity with federal or government-operated healthcare settings and their documentation and compliance expectations, Experience supporting geriatric, pediatric, or chronically ill patient populations in a community health context, Bilingual or multicultural communication skills relevant to serving Indigenous communities
What You'll Do.

Support patient comfort and dignity by responding to call lights
repositioning patients

Document care activities accurately and in a timely manner in the patient health record
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
