What You'll Do.
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Perform routine and non-routine duties
Assist patients with bathing and dressing
Assist patients with shaving and oral hygiene
Assist patients with bed making
Assist patients with transfers
Assist patients with repositioning
Assist patients with toileting needs
Serve and collect food trays
Encourage and assist with feeding
Ensure clean environment
Assist with ambulation
Orient/reorient resident
Perform blood pressure
respiration and weight
Document information on appropriate forms
Perform medical care activities
Assist with restorative exercises
Assess and document completed cares
Provide feedback on patient conditions
