Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN-Registered Nurse for the state where care is provided, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, 12 years recent relevant experience

Nice to Have

ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support (not required at MPMC and ABSMC), PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support if providing care to pediatric patients, NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider if required by entity/department

Represents administration

directs facility operations

supervises personnel in all departments

Serves as administrative liaison

provides functional guidance to all units

Serves as a resources for decision-making

ensures that hospital policies and procedures are properly interpreted and applied
