What You'll Do.
Act as a team member in delivery of quality patient care
Perform basic skills per department guidelines
Collect and report patient needs
Assist with ambulating
Perform catheterization
Act as safety attendant for patients
Ensure required documentation is performed accurately and timely

Communicate observations to members of the health care team; Coordinate with and as delineated by the RN or Provider
