As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting high-quality reproductive and sexual health care services across multiple health centers. This position combines hands-on patient care with clinical leadership, allowing you to mentor nursing staff, support operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact on patient experiences every day. You will collaborate closely with the Nursing Director while helping foster a compassionate, inclusive, and patient-centered environment. Position Details Position Title: Nurse Supervisor Reports To: Nursing Director Supervisory Responsibility: Recovery Room Nurses Schedule: 40 hours a week with varying hours depending on coverage needs. Occasional weekend work will be required. Location: On-site Travel: Travel to health centers may be required to provide RN coverage and staff training. Travel will be within the PPSAT service area of NC, SC, and VA Licensure Requirement: Active RN compact license with the ability to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia What You’ll Do Partner with the Nursing Director in recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating nursing staff. Provide supervision, mentorship, and coaching to support staff development and clinical excellence. Ensure compliance with organizational protocols, patient rights, HIPAA requirements, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
