You value collaboration, professionalism, and delivering care in a respectful and non-judgmental manner.  Position Details  Position Title: Nurse Supervisor   Reports To: Nursing Director   Supervisory Responsibility: Recovery Room Nurses   Schedule: 40 hours a week with varying hours depending on coverage needs. Occasional weekend work will be required.    Location: On-site   Travel: Travel to health centers may be required to provide RN coverage and staff training.  Travel will be within the PPSAT service area of NC, SC, and VA  Licensure Requirement: Active RN compact license with the ability to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia   What You’ll Do  Partner with the Nursing Director in recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating nursing staff.   Provide supervision, mentorship, and coaching to support staff development and clinical excellence.   Ensure compliance with organizational protocols, patient rights, HIPAA requirements, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.   Provide direct nursing care, including recovery room coverage and support during abortion and medical procedures.   Administer medications, monitor patient vital sig
