Must Have
Graduate of accredited LPN or RN program, Active, unrestricted nursing license, Current CPR certification
Nice to Have
Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Experience with mental health challenges, Experience with substance use challenges
What You'll Do.
Provide holistic nursing care
Evaluate health needs
Deliver health training
Educate individuals on health monitoring
Provide medication administration training
Administer medications
Administer treatments
Assist individuals with self-administration
Schedule medical appointments
Maintain medical appointments
Conduct medication closet assessments
Perform quality assurance checks
Conduct nursing assessments
Monitor for abnormal findings
Report abnormal findings
Collaborate with physicians
Communicate with physicians
Collaborate with pharmacies
Communicate with pharmacies
Collaborate with medical suppliers
Communicate with medical suppliers
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team
