This position may be a member of a team that provides support, services, and treatments necessary to provide integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization interventions, and crisis prevention activities or services related to specialized populations that require intensive interventions. Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons with behavioral health challenges in the community by performing the duties listed in this job description. Relies on education, skill, and judgment to provide quality services to the people we serve with limited direction and supervision. Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include: Requires a unencumbered Registered Nursing License. For certain behavioral health services additional requirements may apply. Physical requirements to perform essential functions of the job included: Required to lift 20 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. Must be able to pull minimum of 25 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Required to regularly stand and walk. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.
