About the Role We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redefine whole-person care in a virtual role. As a foundational member of our team, you won’t just provide primary care and women’s health services—you’ll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women. Quality National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA. Clinical Expertise: 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care. Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency. Training & Development Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training: Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health.
