What You'll Do.
Direct medical/clinical services
Perform psychiatric evaluation
Develop treatment plans
Conduct family meetings
Provide supportive psychotherapy
Provide individual education
Perform risk assessment
Develop discharge planning
Serve as attending clinician
Complete initial psychiatric assessments
Complete crisis interventions
Complete family interventions
Complete focused crisis diagnostic assessments
Assess capacity for consent
Document progress in record
Oversee medication education
Order laboratory tests
Review health assessment
Obtain medical history
Conduct physical examination
Initiate contact with physicians
Assess individual's needs
Manage treatment plan updates
Initiate contact with Outpatient Provider
Review crisis clinical team documents
Provide inpatient utilization information
Utilize appropriate medication
Collaborate with other personnel
Work with outside psychiatric providers
Review involuntary petitions
Assess involuntary patients
Coordinate with legal system
